1. Consent: By attending Frontline Church’s services and programs, you grant Frontline Church (the “Church”) the non-exclusive, royalty-free right to capture photographs and audio or video recordings of you during those services and programs (collectively, the “Images”).
2. Use of Images: The Church may use the Images for the following purposes:

• To celebrate and showcase the life and values of Frontline Church on its website and social media platforms.
• In promotional materials, both print and digital.
• In Church publications, including bulletins and newsletters.

3. Duration of Use: The Church may retain the Images for as long as it deems necessary for the purposes listed above.
4. Image Storage: The Church will store the Images in a secure electronic format with access restricted to authorized personnel.

Limitations
1. Commercial Use: The Church will not use the Images for any commercial purpose without your prior written consent.
2. Identification: The Church will not identify you by name in any Image without your prior written consent.
3. Defamation: The Church will not use the Images in any way that is defamatory or portrays you in a false light.
